Salamis Organisation expands its Fleet with the acquisition of a modern technology RO/RO vessel

The RO/RO vessel Patris has arrived at the Port of Limassol and will connect Cyprus with Greece and Mainland Europe.

Salamis Organisation has acquired a new Ro/Ro vessel, which will connect Cyprus with Greece and with the rest of Mainland Europe.

The new vessel, named Patris, is built in Germany, has a length of 193 meters, a capacity of 3,200 linear meters, and is registered under the Cyprus Ship Registry, as are all vessels of Salamis Organisation.

On the occasion of the vessel’s arrival in Cyprus, Salamis hosted a reception at the Port of Limassol, attended by representatives of various authorities, partners, as well as company executives and personnel.

The event took place at the DP World passenger terminal and marked an important milestone for Salamis Organisation, celebrating yet another strategic initiative that is expected to play a key role in the Organisation’s ongoing growth and development.

The acquisition of the new vessel is part of the Organisation’s ongoing efforts to upgrade its services, with the ultimate goal of offering better service to the commercial sector and meeting its growing needs.

The evening ended successfully, giving guests the opportunity to welcome and admire the Organisation’s latest addition to its fleet.
